About Us
We empower all parents and caregivers to improve the articulation and speech development of their children at home.
Our Story
We first created SpeakEasy Community with the mission to empower all parents and caregivers to communicate more often and more effectively with their early language learners.
We now extend this mission to help parents work specifically on articulation and pronunciation with their children at home, including more advanced sounds through about age 8. We believe that by teaching you, the parent or caregiver, how to best engage with your child, you can help them learn how to pronounce sounds and words most effectively.
Our methodology has been created by Kyla, a pediatric speech language pathologist. Like SpeakEasy, our activities are evidence-based, and specifically teach you how to use cues to help your child say specific sounds. We believe this is the most effective way to improve your child's articulation at home, with or without the help of any speech therapy.
